PROJECT OVERVIEW

The development comprises two specialist disability homes in Gobbagombalin (Wagga Wagga) located 450m away from each other and can accommodate up to 8 occupants. They display cutting edge features and practices that are new to the disability housing sector.

Both homes are equipped with state-of-the-art appliances such as adjustable benchtops to accommodate cooking from a wheelchair as well as zero threshold doorways, meaning the surfaces are completely flush with no trip hazards. All cupboards in the property have full length handles in colours that are carefully selected to provide contrast for the visually impaired.
