PROJECT OVERVIEW

The project is located opposite Miranda Westfield and is less than 100m from Miranda Train Station. The development commenced with the demolition of the existing buildings on site and the excavation of the lot to facilitate the construction of a 7-storey medical facility boasting a GFA of 1940 sqm, approximately 21m high..

The medical facility part provides various specialist dental services, day surgery facilities, in patient accommodation, medical specialists, diagnostic and other services whereas the development also includes a shop/café on the upper ground floor as well as a fully automated 3 level basement car stacker with 40 car spaces.
