PROJECT OVERVIEW

The development of 10 premium luxury apartments replaces an existing single residential dwelling with two garages, a tennis court, and a pool in a park like setting.

The vision for Giardino is the creation of premium luxury homes that mirrors the ecology of the adjoining landscape and greenery of the Woollahra golf club. A blurring of the boundary between built form and the landscape is achieved by dissolving the built edges of the development fronting the park.

The development aims to encompass key attributes such as greenery and nature to promote tranquillity and mindfulness. The building has been purposely limited in height to blend into the site’s surroundings to maximise natural light and ventilation.
