PROJECT OVERVIEW

This new residence designed by renowned architect MHNDU is located at the edge of a cliff in North Bondi with spectacular views to the Pacific Ocean. The buildings eastern façade is featuring mechanically operated screens providing privacy and solar protection while allowing for optimal sea views during the day. PROJX PM was engaged to support the client and design team in the Design Development phase and the undertaking of tender and contract administration for the client.
